• No pay-for-play: We do not accept payment in exchange for favorable coverage, higher rankings, or positive reviews. A food's placement in our database is determined by its nutritional properties, not advertising dollars.
• Full coverage: We include foods in our database based on their relevance to the 30/30/3 protocol, regardless of whether we have affiliate relationships with brands that produce those foods.
• Honest assessment: If a product has nutritional drawbacks relevant to our audience, we disclose them, even if we have an affiliate relationship with the manufacturer.

How Affiliate Links Are Identified

We make it clear when links are affiliate links:

• Affiliate links on product recommendation pages are labeled or grouped under clearly marked sections (e.g., “Where to Buy”)
• Links within food profiles to external retailers should be assumed to be affiliate links unless otherwise noted
• Internal links to other pages on hit30g are never affiliate links
